The prices are per day not including the visitor’s tax, the final cleaning or breakfast.

Breakfast: EUR 20,00 per person
Final cleaning per apartment: EUR 75,00

In the double rooms:

The prices are per person/day not including the visitor’s tax. Breakfast included.

In the double room: short stay + € 20.-

Room 1: without balcony and without seating area, room 4: without balcony

We have reserved one underground parking space per apartment/room for you. For an additional parking space in our underground garage we charge a fee of € 18.00 per day. The parking space must be vacated at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you want to use the parking space longer, we charge an additional € 25,00 per car (if possible, depending on capacity).

Discounts for children (in den room of two full-paying adults):

  • 0 – 2 years: -80%
  • 3 – 6 years: – 60 %
  • 7 – 10 years: – 50 %
  • 10 – 16 years: – 30 %

You can check in at 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we beg you to vacate your room or apartment by 10 a.m. If you intend to arrive past 6 pm., please inform us via telephone.

You can pay cash, via credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bankcard.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations are only accepted in written forms.

We recommend getting travel cancellation insurance to cover possible cancellation fees. More information can be found at www.europaeische.at.

The General Terms of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) are applicable.
